The village of Neubergthal was established on the Manitoba prairies in the 1870s by Mennonite immigrants from Europe and Russia.
This settlement is one of the only remaining Mennonite single-street villages in Manitoba with original housebarns. Neubergthal has been designated by Parks Canada as a national historic site.
The Neubergthal Heritage Foundation (NHF) facilitates public tours of the buildings and grounds and hosts private functions and educational events.
NHF staff can help you plan your visit to learn more about the historic significance of the village and the traditions of the people who settled here.
